SIM card

Received my SIM card today and activated it but was told by email last week that an extra free SIM would be delivered which I could use as I like. There was only one SIM in the envelope.

Was planning on giving it to my granddaughter. Is there any way of following up on this?

Yes, if you send a private message to CS_Agent with your order details, they will be able to get you the extra SIM at no cost.

@Geripon : Keep that email as evidence. I'm not sure you were entitled to two. So that email is your evidence that they should honour.
