topic SIM card in Get Support

Received my SIM card today and activated it but was told by email last week that an extra free SIM would be delivered which I could use as I like. There was only one SIM in the envelope.

Was planning on giving it to my granddaughter. Is there any way of following up on this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm not sure you were entitled to two. So that email is your evidence that they should honour.
