No Network? No SIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of phone do you have? brand/model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you at least make outgoing calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you request porting in your old number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
