      <description>&lt;P&gt;Posted on Friday, no replies to that thread or replies from 2 mods that I PM'd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject lia-component-message-view-widget-subject"&gt;&lt;DIV class="MessageSubject"&gt;&lt;DIV class="MessageSubjectIcons "&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject"&gt;Late SIM &amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-body-signature-highlight-escalation"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 15 days I emailed PMI customer service to report the SIM never arrived. Next day it appeared. I'm unable to register the SIM on self service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;June 12th I was told my old account information would be removed so I could register without an issue. Even with another email it doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Did you tried clearing cache and cookie and try on safari or smartphone browser. Hopefully that's will help. Also try on private mode</description>
