Where to input referral code during activation?

I have a referral code and my new SIM card, but i don't see where to add in the code and I don't want to get to the end of the setup and miss it? I looked at the documentation but the screenshot it shows is different to what the website looks like. Help!

Step 4 , Payment is where you enter the Referral code from friends or the Promo code

If you are activating $35 plan or above, use 2GBBonus to get the reoccurring 2GB data bonus monthly

At page Payment there are two fields. One if REFERRAL code - that is one you need to fill out. Be careful to avoid:typos: 1 - l, 0 - O, etc.

Ideally just copy/paste what your friend sent you (if he/she did copy.paste, too).

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
