You do not need to activate a new SIM card. Is this a new phone and new SIM card for someone else? If that is the case use your referral code from your self service account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The activate page is down the is down the create a self service account is doomed and count is down and visit my account is down.&amp;nbsp; I cannot even find my account number to put in a ticket this is very frustrating frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
