      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has been over a week since I went to Public Mobile and I still haven't been able to receive calls or texts.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating!&amp;nbsp; Why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you did not ignore the transfer request SMS. If you have your old SIM, pop it in and see if your old service provider is still active. if it is the transfer did not work. you will need to open a ticket via simon to start over the transfer process&lt;/P&gt;</description>
