      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had put my service on hold as I was travelling abroad, and when I returned, I Im no longer able to login. I’m not even able to password reset. But when I tried to re-register using the same email, it said I couldn’t and that either the credentials are invalid or I’ve already registered. I’m very confused on what to do next&lt;/P&gt;</description>
