      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99081"&gt;@Ginaeverson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the extra payment is showing under your available balance, would recommend just letting it rest there until your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The next renewal will take from that available balance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you request a refund it will likely take longer then the time to your next renewal anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you change your plan by chance this month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, then send a private message to CS_Agent&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and ask a CSA to look into your account and see what happened with those charges.&amp;nbsp; They'll make it right if there was a mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
