    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Oracle&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50719"&gt;@Dunkman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp; You info. is clear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But may I ask you a question?:&amp;nbsp; You seems to cover everything already at&amp;nbsp; 6AM .&amp;nbsp; Any changes since?&amp;nbsp; Why you need to send your trainee to repeat what you said at 10am?&amp;nbsp; Any changes in the 4 hours?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;And&amp;nbsp; what more depressing is that the new version is not as good as yours.&amp;nbsp; Plus , I guess not ALL customers getting those messages.&amp;nbsp; I don't at least&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
