      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to create a self service account but every time I put in my number i do not get an SMS. I went to the reseller and he said he can not help. The chat on the site ,&amp;nbsp; the support can not help, how do i create an account&amp;nbsp; to pay my bill ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
