It uses email addresses as the login. If you can't remember the password or the email used&amp;nbsp; try the lost password feature to reset the password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have access to selfserve then you can change the payment method&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you activate online or in a store. If in-store you might need to create your selfserve account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using all the emails you know in the lost password it will give errors if not recognised or let you proceed if it is in the system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
