Is your line suspended?&amp;nbsp; What plan are you currently on?&amp;nbsp; All current plans have unlimited incoming calls so&amp;nbsp; unless you are on a grandfathered plan ($10 or $15) which had limited minutes. Then calls should work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try doing a plan change and that failed causing issues ? If so use the chatbot to submit a ticket to CSagents to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is your current plan does not let you receive incoming calls or is your plan shows suspended right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Top up your account with $15 and choose the right plan and reactivate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have trouble accessing self serve then send a direct msg to CS_Agent and they ll be able to help you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Waiting for them to update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: an unintended consequence of the edit indicator is that if you want to correct a spelling mistake or missing word well then...edit!! Other forums I read give a little bit of time before it might get marked as an edit. I guess to allow for little corrections.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
