Self serve is currently down for maintenance. Your only current choice would be thru 611 or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number. Sometimes people use their voicemail pin # when creating their account during activation not fully understanding the difference between the two and thus never end up changing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lol...I was once told by a senior CSA that the two ( self serve and 611) are never supposed to be down at the same time!&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_squinting_face:"&gt;😆&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
