      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to sign up to make payments.&amp;nbsp; I don't have access to the phone because I bought it for my Mother who is in the Hospital.&amp;nbsp; She is 94 and barely hears the phone let alone will know how to get the verification code.&amp;nbsp; I need to start payments but I cannot use the phone to do the 4 digit verification, I can't go to her because of covid restrictions.&amp;nbsp; Please respond ASAP, I don't want the phone to be disconnected it's her only connection to us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cynthia&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I know you need your Account PIN when calling 1-855-478-2542 to make a payment when a registered credit card is attached to the account already; that is where my head was at.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, reading OP say "need to sign up to make payments", makes me think the SIM card isn't even activated yet, or at the very least there is no credit card registered on the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can enter the phone number to create the self serve account and the 6 digit alphanumeric code will be texted to the phone. The social worker can give you the code and you can finish creating the self serve account and register a credit card for autopay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
