    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your phone shouldn't say to take off airplane mode if it's not in airplane mode. Maybe try using the SIM in another phone, since the issue sounds like it's somehow related to your phone, whether because of the airplane mode issue, or the SIM reader being the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have lost network service and I do not know why. When I try to make a call it says to take my phone off airplane mode, however it is not in airplane mode. My device says no sim card, but there is definitely one in there. I am a newer customer, but service has been fine for the first couple of weeks. My account status is active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
