What this mean-- that I can call anywhere in the world and will I be able to call from Bangladesh to canada when I travel

You can only use those to call long distance when you are still in Canada. You can only use those minutes to call only the countries listed under that plan.

International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

This and all other add-ons (except US add-ons) work only FROM Canada. And there is a limited number of Countries you can call, not the whole world.

@monowarho : ....and only a select list of countries...not anywhere. Bangladesh is on the newer 300 minute add-on. You could try calling there.
