      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to create a new account, however, the first thing I am asked is to enter my cell number so they can send a 6 digit verification code. I currently use a wifi app that doesn't allow me to receive these texts. What do I do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you signed up with PM at retailer, your SIM should be activated. Create self-serving PM account and all codes will go to your PM phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using phone app, go through phone's app settings and set your phone as default app to handle all calls/sms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
