Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type "swap sim card" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times. But currently they are within the hour.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a bit of miscommunication, I did not have the new pin sent to my phone I apologize. I did however manage to get to fill in all of the information to submit a ticket but it asks for an add on payment, which I did not buy any adds ons. The site did not allow me to submit a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Add the last 4 digits of your current sim card # in your account and the entire sim card # of the new one and send a private message. The CSA will ask you questions about your card on file and transaction payment history to further verify you to change the sim card on file to your new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Send a private message... &amp;nbsp; Contact the CSA's (formerly moderators) by sending a private message and&amp;nbsp;leave a detailed message explaining your issue and the info to verify your account by including the following information: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Full name and address on pm account.
