      <title>cannot open the ticket</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am being asked to very a/c details, all the other details are verified but i dont have any add ons so cannot enter the add ons details and thus cannot verify the account, not sure how to open the ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i dont remember my pin and cannot get a new one or change a new one cos i cannot open a ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please if someone can help, i dont get calls from certain ph#s and thus need to open up a ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
