      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can phone someone but they cannot phone me. When they try it says that the call cannot be completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/221726"&gt;@Roger12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;are you new to PM or have been here long?&amp;nbsp; just want to see if it is something that doesn't work well lately but was good before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try changing your network setting to 3G Only for couple days to see if it helps.&amp;nbsp; Voice is going through 3G and it might work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what kind of phone do you have ? brand/model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My one son has had it for a couple years and no problem. Just activated my second child’s account yesterday and I can’t phone it. They can phone me but I can’t wait phone them&lt;/P&gt;</description>
