Did you purchase it twice? Do you see $30 added to your available balance? If yes, purchase the add-on again and it will use the available funds this time and add the add-on to your account.

Buying add-on its a 2 step process first you purchase add on and fund get transfer from cc to public mobile funds then you buy again same add-on from available funds. Have you done it that way.

@NDesai another victim of PM's unnecessarily confusing two-step add-on purchase system. I'm really upset they haven't fixed this yet.
