      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Short Answer:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; No..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Not so short Answer:&lt;/STRONG&gt; PM is prepaid provider, you will have to pay ahead before you use any service.&amp;nbsp; No surprise billing.&amp;nbsp; So, you won't get charged&lt;/P&gt;</description>
