@Nazmul Yes you can copy your message and send it to any other number you want. Try long pressing on the message and an option to forward/send it should pop up (haven't done it in awhile) and then enter the number you want to send it too. It might be different for your phone though..

This is not like that. I am out side the country. I have the SIM with me. Now I forward any incoming text messages to another public ph# in Canada? How to do that?

@Nazmul Not sure you can do that unless you are in the US and have added the texting roaming add-on to your account in which case you should still be able to forward your text to another number which is also active.

How To Purchase Add-Ons Using Your Self-Serve Account

To purchase Add-Ons using your Self-Serve account, follow these steps:

Click on ‘Purchase Add- Ons’ on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Add-On calculator.
Click the plus sign (+) to add and the minus sign (-) to remove selected Add-ons.
When you’ve added all your desired Add-Ons, click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ or ‘Make a Payment’ below the calculator:
- You will see ‘Make a Payment’ instead of ‘Buy Add-Ons’ if there are not enough funds in your account to make the purchase.
- If you don’t have sufficient funds to purchase the Add-Ons, you will be asked to make a one-time payment equal to the price of the Add-On, less your current available funds. Click ‘Submit’, then ‘Go back’: now the button below the calculator will say ‘Buy Add-Ons’.
Select ‘Confirm my purchase’, and you’re off to the races!
after you Add-on you have to do Rebooting your phone
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

@Nazmul you need to install some text forwarding app if you want it automatically forward. are you on Android or iOS?

I am using Android ph. I am outside the country right now. Not in US. Can I install any app and forward my public mobile incoming text message to that app? how to do that? I just want read my incoming text. Is there any way?

You won't be able to. If you have your Public Mobile SIM with you in Asia it will not get service and you will have no way to forward. I don't think you can redirect (forward) text messages anyway, I thought it was only calls that could be forwarded.

@Nazmul If this is about the holiday gifts text from PM, then you can still have those gifts added to your account by submitting a ticket to chatbot bubble bottom right of the screen or by sending a private message to CS_Agent via your community inbox (top right) before the end of this month.

Since PM service doesn't work outside Canada (and US via roaming), you won't be able to receive texts even though there are apps that could redirect/divert messages (to another phone or email)

There is really not much you can do if you are in Asia already

The long way to do this is if you have helpers at home in Canada. You can buy a new SIM and request a SIM change. Your helpers at home can assist with checking the text or forward it to a VoIP account which you can then check when you are in Asia
