      <description>&lt;P&gt;attempted to make a long distance phone call, but was unable to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to log in to make certain I still have long distance minutes available, but am locked out of my account.&amp;nbsp; Notification said to contact moderator for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
