Is it any wonder the community reward pot gets smaller and smaller every month.....because pm has to pay more and more CSA's to handle all the questions we used to answer but it's so much easier to send the customer to customer support....check another solution under your belt!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I'm with darlicious here. The OP was quite ambiguous with their wording. The questions would be to try to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. Maybe just a misunderstanding of incorrect terminology. But a solution has been chosen and they're off to the CSA's so that's that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
