      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm experiencing an error where they text me the same duplicate message every couple minutes, which had been going on for hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's about not being able to send texts while traveling in the U.S. unless I add roaming. I am traveling in the U.S. however&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A) I am not sending any texts. I accidentally sent an auto response to the first roaming message and have received this same reply since.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B) I did purchase the u.s. roaming add on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The bot obviously it's not useful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your suggestions!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did manage to submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Selecting roaming in self serve then making a payment for it added a credit to my account, but didn't actually add the roaming, so thanks for the tip on completing that process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Texts from public appear to have slowed to a stop for now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The original "ok" I accidentally replied to my "welcome to the us/roaming applies" message didn't remain in my message history after not sending successfully, so unfortunately I couldn't delete it, though I did delete the welcome message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I considered texting stop, but I figured the stop text wouldn't send and&amp;nbsp; would only encourage the problem lol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
