      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a notice I had used all my data.... but my plan includes data.... have the plans changed? will I get more data when it renews? (Didn't happen on last payment)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do I need to get a different plan? Will a new plan renew data every month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't get any notice of any changes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Which plan are you on?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you ran out of data for several payment cycles, you may want to change to a higher data plan.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise, you can purchase a data add on, 1 GB for $15.&amp;nbsp; Unused data will roll over to the next 30 day cycle until all used up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yours didn't, maybe there is some issue that needs CS intervention.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can find it by going into Settings &amp;gt; Network &amp;gt; Data Usage. (Instructions may vary by device.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
