      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I am currently traveling in the US, and added a data only plan to my account. I have received a few notifications about new voicemails, but I am unable to check them. I do have access to a different phone and would like to try the remote voicemail option, but I never set a pin. Is this something that a pm rep can do for me so I can get these voicemail messages? Or do I need to wait till I return to Canada?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or you can log in to your self-serve and use the Change voicemail password function and that will reset the password to your 10 digit phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
