It's an honest mistake. Contact customer support and explain that you accidently purchased the US roaming data add on instead of the $15/1gb data add on. The CSA will credit your account. If you can wait til morning then the CSA will also add the correct data add on for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't wait then add enough funds to your account to purchase the $15/1gb data add on and select it and confirm and submit your purchase. The $20 credit can be used to pay for your plan on your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type "account related issue" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon. Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
