@911 Yes, if it is an honest mistake, you can open a ticket with PM. PM Support usually are very understanding and able to apply the bonus back

open a ticket with PM Support click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

type: Contact CS Agent
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Other"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

The free 2gb bonus applies to plans $35 or more. When you activate the SIM, enter the 2GBBONUS promo code.

If you missed this step, contact the CS Agent and explain the you missed adding the promo code.
