    <description>&lt;P&gt;It worked out. My old provider sent me an email around 9 this morning saying they had released my number and about 2 hours later it worked. So freedom was just slow on their end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can send but not receive texts. Switched a cell from from Freedom.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network all looks good. SIMon was no help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/214410"&gt;@sheldonmcbride&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;did you reply the text from Freedom within 90 mins?&amp;nbsp; that is a critical step&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did, that is good, just keep reboot your phone every 15 or 30 mins and good thing will happen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you missed that , there is a number to call.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp; will private message you the number and you can confirm the porting status and they will advise you what to do.&amp;nbsp; Please check your Community inbox on the top right&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Come back and give us good news!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have 90 minutes to reply to the text as noted by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact the SIMon and type in Create a Ticket to restart the porting process if you didn’t reply to the text.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
