      <description>&lt;P&gt;To reset password you have to provide answer on security question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you forgot it or do not have it, contact CSA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of error your SIM is giving you? No service? SIM not activated? Needs provisioning?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
