      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get a new number that i like...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after inputting all the details, it shows error 821 ... i re-do again and could never get that phone number anymore... any way i can get it back??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/214068"&gt;@121319021&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; first of all , to avoid another 821 error, you might want to try a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) or using Incognito mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually, before you try activation again, wait 30 mins, then check if PM charged your credit card already.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes you might get a&amp;nbsp; Web error but the backend is all completed, activated and provisioned&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the number, no, you cannot request specific one.&amp;nbsp; You can try to refresh on the same city and hope they will show up again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/214068"&gt;@121319021&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; are you activated on PM now finally?&amp;nbsp; did you confirm if PM charged you initially when you got the 821 error?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We talked about that it is a long exercise to keep refreshing and hopefully see your number you want or another number you like.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind, if you are bored, still activate with an ok number first.&amp;nbsp; You can always welcome to go back to My Account and there is a choice to Change number and you can repeat this exercise whenever you like after activation.&amp;nbsp; You can also change number 4 times every 30 days cycle.&amp;nbsp; So, activate first, and continue with your number hunting journey after&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck (yes, you need some luck to find that number back or find another even better one)!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
