      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you already tried the Forgot password but cannot answer the security question, you will have to open a ticket with PM to get your password reset,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At Chatbot (&lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot&lt;/A&gt;), type the follow to get to ticket open screen quicker:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;type: Forgot log in information&lt;BR /&gt;Click "Contact Us"&lt;BR /&gt;Click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
