      <description>&lt;P&gt;My data stopped working for about 2 or 3 days, not sure why. I checked data usage, still some available for the month, but just not working. Anyone experiece the same? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/213821"&gt;@l2xiong&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;did you try reboot your phone?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try using data on different app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you on Android or iOS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android has a data limit setting and once limit is reached, it will stop data usage.&amp;nbsp; Maybe that is the reason?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iOS has a setting to restricted particular app from access data, maybe it was disable for some app accidentally?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;[1st in list did the trick ....... Luddite]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And screenshots of things are always helpful instead of asking a million questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then if we just can't get you going then you could contact the CSA's. But there's a lot we can do before you need them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is more of a hands-on, self-serve kinda place after all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
