      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team - I have just purchased 15 add plan to call India.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The transaction has been successfully processed. I not able to call India from my Public cell phone. Not sure if I am missing any thing or update happens late.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly suggest what needs to be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the money is showing in Available funds, you have not completed the purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go back to the Add-ons page and buy the add-on again. The money will be deducted from available funds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reminder:&amp;nbsp;Buying add-ons is a 2-step process:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Fund your account&lt;BR /&gt;2) Make the purchase&lt;/P&gt;</description>
