      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account was disabled. SO I asked the CS-Agent to provide me new Username and Password but I still cannot log-in to make a payment. This is getting ridiculous! PM wanted a payment but won't allow to sign me in!!!! Very inconvenient!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'd need a new sim to start a new account. The bright side of that is you can take advantage of the current data promos as a new account would be created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If less than 90 days...get payment vouchers at retail outlet like Shell Gas station, then dial 611 to add theem to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
