      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try shutting down the phone then remove the sim and then try reseating it and turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was the phone used with another provider ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may have to contact them to unlock the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
