@Austin, please check your APN settings. Wrong APN data will affect MMS functionality. See link for details.

Hey @Austin, after verifying that the APN settings are correct as suggested by @will13am, if you are using Android, enter the following line in the APN settings: APN type = default,mms,supl

Also, make sure that mobile data is enabled. MMS will not send/receive if mobile data is disabled.
