Yeah, some webpages still use the term "Moderator" instead of CSA. i suppose PM is not in a hurry to change that.

yes, PM does not have a very good QA , you will see "Moderator" everywhere still.

The other day I was on the French My Account, the site still have quiet a lot of English words here and there.

Nice eye. You would think 'Find and Replace' could solve this in their PM systems. But not all systems are alike or even related for that matter in some cases.
