    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Both my wifes account and mine are impacted by the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;We are trying to renew our US&amp;nbsp;roaming addon (20 dollar talk text data). I used the automated phone system and added money to my account then tried to buy the same addon. It then proceeded to say insufficiennt funds yet it took my money ( account is now at 0 balance from 20) and did not give me the addon. Help ASAP as we are in the US with no cell service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe a mod can help here,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
