You can use it on the PM network. Just make certain that phone isn't blacklisted or reported stolen somewhere....

Once the phone is blacklisted, it's often very difficult to have it un-blocked.

Make sure that you purchase the i12 from someone you know or a reputable dealer...in case you have to return it.
