      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Oct 23, 2021 I thought I renewed my U.S. Add on for 10 more days. But today, my service doesn't seem to be working? I enclose a copy of my account showing the add-ons I currently have. I wanted to renew phone and text. Have I done this?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/122037"&gt;@FourJacks&lt;/a&gt; : US talk and text add-ons would show up after clicking on Plan Details. There's a timing bug around the end of your 10 day add-on. Maybe you could post your payment history to see what you might have bought.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To re-buy roaming add-ons you would need to wait another 24 hours or ask the CSA's to renew it for you. That's the timing bug.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't buy a different roaming talk or text add-on while one is active. That produces another problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Unfortinately, it's difficult to tell from that if you've encountered of those roaming service bug that others are speaking of.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
