      <title>Setting up a new SIM card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up a new SIM card, switching over from TELUS. I have already done my wife's a few months ago and now trying to do mine I keep getting an error message. I have cleared my bill with TELUS twice now. Tried calling them a month ago, tried again now and it still gives me an error and will not go through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, you activated the SIM card. What does your account status say?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
