      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased 10-day data and talk/texting plans for the U.S., but when in the States I could not text, send e-mails or call to Canada when roaming. After purchasing plan, was I supposed to activate it somehow? If so, that wasn't made clear during initial transaction.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

First, add $$ to &lt;STRONG&gt;Available Funds&lt;/STRONG&gt;, finally, go back and "buy" the add-on you want. Restart phone. Might have to manually select either of T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T. The add-on only works while in US.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit; Are you still in US ? If not, go to top of page and click &lt;STRONG&gt;Get Help / Chat with Simon&lt;/STRONG&gt; to start process of CSA assistance to have your $$ credited back to your account...not refunded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watch the envelope icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
