      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I activated my phone about 30 minutes ago, however it is showing the wrong plan on my account and I am unable to make calls or text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise the steps to fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the same boat waiting for a mod response; 2/2 were generated by the system incorrectly. Kind of wierd if you ask me but hopefully they can respond soon as I have another line to port as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
