      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have 100mins/15$ plan with 250mb bonus.&amp;nbsp; 2gb free add-ons promotion&amp;nbsp;data (I know some was used, maybe 200mb). I recently checked my account and found the 2GB free add-ons gone. I checked the history and found the following information. Not sure if it was a system error and removed my add-ons data from my account. I never had the data like 3gb.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried looking up the mobile data usage in the phone settings?&amp;nbsp; This may help clear things in case it was some background app issue sucking data.&amp;nbsp; If not, it would still benefit if needed to send a cap to the CS agent.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you get it resolved after?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find it strange since you were on $15 plan with $250MB and plus the 2GB promotion data.&amp;nbsp; How did you have data quantity 3166.106 MB being extracted on log history?&amp;nbsp; You must of had other promotional data since the 2GB + 250 MB is only 2.25GB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
