      <title>Wrong Plan Applied</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I originally chose a plan without data, payed for it with my credit card, and when the payment went through, I was still owing $24. After paying the $24, my account said that I have a plan with data which I did NOT choose. This explains the extra charge of $24 but I never selected data as part of my plan. Please help! I do not want the data and I'd like a refund for the over charge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
