To change your plan, you can do this from your Self Serve account. In most cases, you'll want to tell the system to schedule the change to occur duruing the next renwal. If you use the immediate plan change option, you'll need to make a full payment amount of the new plan and you will not receive any credit nor refund for the unused time from the old plan that you will be abandoning.

Suspect you mean move from one plan to another:

Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:

Then, click Change Plan:

Then select desired Plan:

Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date: (or immediately if somewhat close to your next renewal date...)

You can change your plan and purchase add-ons all through the self-serve site.
