      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try Forgot password link yet?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Enter the email that you registered (or try different one that you have).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If a correct email entered, you will then need to answer the Security Question that you have setup&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you cannot reset it that way , then use Chatbot to open ticket with PM.&amp;nbsp; Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;type: Forgot log in information&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click "Contact Us"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click "Click here to submit a ticket"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you will then direct to another page to open ticket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
